Events & status

Real-time status updates

Message, template and number events from Meta keep your dashboard in sync automatically.

What stays in sync

  • Message statuses — sent, delivered, read, failed (with the failure reason).
  • Template approvals — approved, rejected (with reason), disabled.
  • Number quality — quality rating changes and flags.
  • Disconnections — when a client removes the integration.

How it flows

Meta sends all webhook events to Genuka. Genuka's dispatcher forwards them, unchanged, to the platform, which routes each event to the right partner and client and updates the mirror. You don't need to configure anything — it just works once a client is onboarded.

Idempotent by design

Events are de-duplicated, so a status that Meta delivers more than once is only applied once. Updates typically appear within seconds.

Forwarding to your own back-office

If you run your own system, you can register an outbound webhook endpoint to receive a signed copy of these events (HMAC-signed) and mirror them on your side. Contact the Genuka team to enable it for your account.
