Genuka WhatsApp Partners

Resell WhatsApp campaigns to your clients, powered by Genuka as a Meta Tech Provider.

Genuka WhatsApp Partners lets you (a partner) onboard your clients onto the WhatsApp Business Platform, manage their message templates and campaigns, and bill everything from a single prepaid credit wallet. Genuka handles the Meta Tech Provider relationship — you focus on reselling.

How it works

The flow has four steps:

1. Top up. Your credit wallet is funded (one wallet per partner). Each billable message you send debits it.
2. Onboard a client.You share your unique connect link. The client connects their WhatsApp Business account through Meta's secure Embedded Signup.
3. Manage.The client's numbers, templates and stats appear in your dashboard automatically and stay in sync.
4. Send & automate. Create templates, launch campaigns, and drive everything through the dashboard or the partner API.

Key concepts

A Partner is you — the reseller. A Client (a company) is your end customer; it has one or more Connections (a WABA + phone number). Messages are sent against a connection and billed in credits from your wallet.

Note on data isolation

Each partner only ever sees its own clients. Two partners can even onboard the same business independently — they remain fully separated.
